Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41,200 - $44,780 per year
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the workforce to gain hands-on experience in the communications field. As a key part of our communications department, you will support various initiatives aimed at promoting our brand and engaging with our audiences effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing various internal and external communications materials.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and brand recognition.
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies for marketing campaigns and company events.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports to analyze communications effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and produce relevant communication materials.
- Maintain the communications calendar and ensure timely delivery of communications initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
